matterport
Matterports capture panoramic images and spatial data to render accurate 3D walkthroughs of the property. They're different from basic videos because they give viewers a 360° view and they control the tour by clicking to "walk" along. Another unique feature of Matterports are mattertags which can be used to highlight specific details of the house, such as cabinet or appliance brands, home upgrades, etc. Our in-house marketing team offers a range of packages that include Matterport tours. cee imaging
Cee Imaging is one of our photography partners that provides HDR photography, video walkthroughs, drone, and aerial shots. HDR processes images with optimal exposure settings. Cee Imaging also offers twilight editing and virtual staging.
RT photography
In addition to Cee Imaging and our in-house photographers, Danberry is partnered with RT Photography, a certified member of the Association of Independent Architectural Photographers as well as the Real Estate Photographers of America and International. RT Photography focuses on natural light photography and video tours.

Dotloop is arguably one of the most convenient technologies in the industry. No longer do you need to meet with your agent to sign every single document during the buying or selling process. Using your email, you can click to sign or download documents to keep them handy. One of the best features of Dotloop is that it erases all signatures whenever a change is made to the document itself, making them more secure than wet signatures.
showingtime
Showingtime allows agents to effortlessly schedule showings for buyers. The homeowners are set up to receive emails, texts, or even a call notifying them of the request. They can confirm or decline showings right away. The app also sends automatic feedback requests to showing agents that will be sent directly to both the listing agent and seller once submitted. This makes it quick and easy to find out what potential buyers thought of your home and whether you need to make adjustments to the listing.
